Specification (URS)

The User Requirement Specification (URS), is a document that has to be completed by the prospective Principal. The document contains approximately 20 questions.  The answers to these questions allow us to prime the electronic ordering system (Accpac), fax servers, email. It allows us also to formulate further collection of information i.e. for the website.

Answer the questions and if any are not applicable, answer with N/A. Email or fax back to us at our email address or to our fax number. We will then prime the ordering  system with this information.

Ordering System

All our orders for you will be captured electronically. This means every order you will receive will be clear and concise and no need to decipher handwriting, it is unambiguous.

Orders sent to you

Orders will be sent to you by either fax or email. If emailing, then Adobe Reader is required. (128 bit encryption standard).

What the order contains

Full Customer details: Customers name, contact name, telephone number, fax number, cellular number, postal address, delivery address, special instructions, VAT number  customs import number, customers order number, your VAT number, your customs export number, your details. Full Product ID, description, Product code, Product description, quantity ordered, Special notation.
